Service Operation Specialist

Job Description

Your Role Responsible for Service Engineering for UAE Direct markets. In this role you support our Authorized repair center, call center agents, service teams, working closely with the Sales and Business Area service operation.

A Typical Day
  • Response to all technical inquiries from service technicians, call center agents.
  • Validation and approval warranty claims. (Warranty cost management)
  • Spare order management for repair centers
  • Manage service KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and work towards continues improvement.
  • Align and deploy trainings (technical, soft skills, systems) for technician, call agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Introduce Consumer accessories and consumables to repair and Call centers.
  • Managing day-to-day operations.
  • Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.
  • Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
  • Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
  • Periodic support to brand shop for display deployments.
Who You Are

  • Bachelors in electrical/Mechanical engineering with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 service industry experience.
  • Experience in servicing whitegoods \xe2\x80\x93 major and small domestics devices.
  • Sound knowledge of service operation and Managing Service KPIs.
  • Experience in technical training content development (ADDIE \xe2\x80\x93 Concept).
  • Experience in training/facilitation & E-Learning management.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate cross functionality to major stakeholders.
