Role Summary
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Service One Agent to join the Telecommunications team. The role is responsible for managing internal and external calls, processing guest requests, and ensuring timely and professional service delivery in line with Jumeirah's luxury hospitality standards.

What You'll Do

• Answer internal and external calls promptly with professionalism and warmth.
• Record and monitor guest requests in HotSOS, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Input and manage wake-up calls in PMS, verifying completion and accuracy.
• Monitor and respond to E-Butler Chat within 60 seconds.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on service requests.
• Support smooth communication between guests and departments.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
