More than 500 employees through 14 facilities are providing world-class service and automotive products, ensuring high quality after-sales servicing and best customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Visit Rent a Car companies, fleet customers, insurance companies and government establishments for potential service business.
- Depending on the fleet customer requirement develop and promote service packages.
- Work within agreed discount structure with regards to customer terms, taking into account sensitive areas such as credit facilities.
- Contact lapsed customers and offer them special prices/packages to bring them back.
- Capture service potential in the market and inform the management.
- Promote service contract and extended warranty to retail customers.
- Improve body shop business from insurance companies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for protecting company's interest and increasing sales.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to service manager.
- Gather competitors pricing/ campaigns.
- Follow up with customer in case of any overdue payments based on request from CCD.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
- Graduate in Engineering/Sales/Marketing / Diploma in Automobile.
- 2 - 3 year experience within a major automotive dealership in service sales.
- Sound understanding of the automotive service industry.
- Ability to demonstrate a professional service to customers.
- Must have good negotiations and persuasion skills.
- Written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
