Candidate must have experienced Service Marketing Executive to promote our automobile workshop services, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth
Develop and execute marketing strategies for workshop services (maintenance, repairs, value-added services)
Identify and target new customer segments (individuals, corporate fleets, ride-hailing companies)
Manage social media, digital ads, and online listings
Create marketing content (brochures, email campaigns, promotional materials)
Plan promotional events and loyalty programs
Monitor market trends and competitors
Support service & sales teams for consistent customer experience
Track marketing performance and reporting
Maintain customer relationships and manage CRM
