About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Service Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in automotive service marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote workshop services Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to attract new customers Build relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, and retail customers Coordinate with the service team to create targeted offers and promotions Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends Maintain and update social media pages with engaging content Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automobile / car service industry Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Strong understanding of automotive services and customer expectations in the UAE market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus
