Lead all Services Operations related to the Consumer Electronics, small appliances, home appliances and IT/Telecom products through creating, selling and supporting services products to deliver Customer satisfaction, Services Sales growth, Service expansion, KPIs achievement, cost control, and Organization Building (People, Process and infrastructure) globally. Lead a group of skilled technical team to achieve the objectives of the business Unit.
a) Develop and manage the execution of the services strategies and plans.
b) Perform business planning and budgeting for Related Services.
c) Assure technical readiness, recruit service team and acquire needed resources.
d) Identify Services operations and sales challenges and think of solutions to overcome them. This may include making big changes to existing processes, systems or products, improving and adapting existing methods and techniques.
e) Ensures the implementation of Services standard operating processes across all service locations.
f) Define the set of measures and KPI that enable the monitoring of the progress toward the desired goals, continuously track them and assure the resolution of related Gaps
g) Monitor, and coach the reporting headcount to assure their effective personal development.
h) Lead the Services team to handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints with timely manner.
i) Control the Services expense budget and generates savings
j) Lead the resolution of all personnel related issues impacting the team to retain them and improve their moral.
k) Develop and implement the Service Level Agreement regulating the relation between Services and the suppliers.
l) Lead the strategic growth and expansion of the services.
