Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of business technologies, and office automation, based in the UAE, with over 45 years of experience in IT hardware & software solutions, digital transformation, document management solutions as well as digital printing solutions. We are in search of a Service Manager to join their team in team Dubai, who would work closely with the General Manager and lead a team of 5 resources. Summary: The Service Manager manages the service department and maintains/increases profitability by overseeing repairs, reworks, and installations of products, and services. Provides the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all service operations throughout the country.
  • Provide direction and support to a team of print technicians to ensure delivery of timely, cost-effective, and quality product service to production accounts.
  • Meet regularly with senior / executive-level external customer management to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns and ensure compliance with agreed-upon customer SLAs, while meeting account-specific service Gross Profit goals.
  • Take full responsibility for meeting cost objectives for the territory. Includes parts, parts distribution, supplies, staffing, overtime, travel, and training.
  • Provide proper direction to support the team in the achievement of service goals and objectives including all productivity KPIs.
  • Develop staff through training and continuing product line education.
  • Ensure that day-to-day operations of the service department are performed efficiently, in line with Company and customers\' expectations.
  • Analyze repetitive equipment failures and take corrective action to ensure that the situation does not continue.
  • Estimate the maintenance costs and evaluate alternatives & forecast spare parts required for the efficient operation of the service department.
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai Time: 8 AM to 5 PM
