Job Summary:
Supervisory services at job site for installation , commissioning , troubleshooting and overhauling of Air and Gas Compressors
Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, overhauling and maintenance of Centrifugal air and Gas Compressors across world which needs flexibility to travel and work in the field for any duration
- Project activity which involves installation, fabrication of air/gas & water piping, instrumentation, Control & power cabling, pre commissioning and commissioning activities
- Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements
- On site Customer training, technical support and operational support.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years’ experience on installation and Overhauling of Air and Gas Centrifugal Compressor
- Excellent technical analytical skills with proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to understand and implement technical drawings (wiring diagram, P&ID, General Arrangement, etc…).
- Experience in open network protocols & communications like Modbus, TCP/IP over Ethernet, RS232, RS422 and RS-485.
- Extensive knowledge in instrument installation, testing & commissioning, control panel wiring, cabling, Loop checking, Calibration of Instruments, Motor test (LV & HV).
- Experience in handling of Smart Transmitters using HART protocols.
- Proficient to read drawings, interpret P&ID’s working instructions, vendor documents, codes Specification, data sheets etc. for Planning & Execution.
