As Service Manager - Health Club & Spa, we rely on you to:
Lead and manage the Health Club and Spa operation
Actively promote marketing programs designed to enhance member's loyalty
Constantly review the current procedure and practices to ensure a high level of customer and owner satisfaction
Utilize technology and maximize business solutions and opportunities
We are looking for someone who:
Preferably come from a business-related education background
Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world
Strong working knowledge of Spa, Membership and recreational software
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Strong leadership, team and communication skills
