As a Service Manager, you're responsible and accountable for Outage Plan, Execution, Close-out and Financials management. You're to be ready to forecast and plan for expenditure on each project. You're to collaborate with other functional team to ensure each planning is executed at global standard.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area. Managing knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer. Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area. Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Handling latitude in project techniques, Project process requires choosing right approaches. Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes; There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Have Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Service Management. Have previous experience in Field. Be able to fluently communicate in English. Have Heavy duty gas turbines or compressors experience is a plus.
