Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote both vehicle sales and service offerings to maximize dealership profitability.
Coordinate advertising and promotional activities including print, digital, and in-person events for cars and service packages.
Engage with customers to understand needs, match them with appropriate vehicles and recommend relevant service programs.
Manage the customer journey from initial contact to sale and post-sale service, ensuring a seamless experience.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to dynamically adjust strategies for sales and service growth.
Maintain accurate CRM databases and follow up on leads for both sales and service opportunities.
Monitor performance of campaigns and sales/service targets, preparing reports and action plans to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, finance) to achieve department objectives.
