Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Health Insurance Servicing & Endorsements Executive to manage member servicing, policy endorsements, and day-to-day administration for corporate and individual medical insurance portfolios. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing, strong client communication, and smooth coordination with insurers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process member additions, deletions, upgrades/downgrades, and other endorsements. Validate documents and submit endorsement requests to insurers. Follow up with insurers for approvals and relay updates to clients. Maintain accurate member census data and ensure compliance with insurer and DHA/DOH guidelines. Coordinate medical card/E-card issuance and policy documentation. Liaise with internal teams on payment mapping and booking
Skills & Experience
2-5 years of UAE medical insurance experience (broker/insurer/TPA preferred). Strong knowledge of health insurance servicing, endorsements, and underwriting basics. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with insurer portals. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree preferred.
