Job Responsibilities?

- Installation, commissioning, and customer training for injection molding machines.
- Performing machine repairs, troubleshooting, and customer complaint handling.
- Conducting regular inspections for customer machines in assigned areas.
- Managing spare parts related to warranty claims and return processes.
- Maintaining and taking care of service tools and equipment.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

- Minimum education of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in plastic injection machines or other mechanical equipment.
- Has good ability in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of plastic injection machines.
- Proactive, highly responsible, good communication skills, and capable of handling interpersonal relations.
- English and Arabic can be used as working language.
- Willing to travel out of town and work in the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
