Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer - Electrical to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generator systems, with a strong focus on Cummins Generators and PCC Controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency service on Cummins diesel generators, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Configure and troubleshoot PCC (Power Command Control) systems.

Execute the synchronization of multiple diesel generator sets, ensuring load sharing and seamless transitions.

Carry out maintenance and repair work on medium and high voltage equipment in accordance with safety standards.

Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

A Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and reputable institution.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working on Cummins Generators equipped with PCC Controllers.

In-depth understanding of generator synchronization techniques and procedures.

Solid experience handling medium and high voltage machines with strong knowledge of safety protocols.

Experience with an Authorized Cummins Dealer is strictly required.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to relocate to or already be based in Dubai.
