Job Summary:

The After-Sales and Service Engineer for LV (Low Voltage) Panels is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for installed LV panel systems. The role ensures customer satisfaction through timely service, effective problem resolution, and technical guidance during the post-installation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LV panels and associated electrical systems.*
Visit customer sites to diagnose and resolve electrical or mechanical issues related to LV panels, breakers, control circuits, and wiring.*
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in line with service contracts and manufacturer guidelines.*
Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance procedures.*
Document all service activities, reports, and customer feedback in a systematic manner.*
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, QA/QC) to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.*
Ensure compliance with IEC, ADDC, DEWA, FEWA, and other applicable standards and safety regulations.*
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for service activities.*
Assist in processing warranty claims, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.*
Support the sales team with technical input during customer meetings or site visits, when required.*

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical*
Holding a valid UAE driving license*
