Oversees managers and managers working on client engagements
Reviews high-level deliverables.
Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all engagements.
Provides leadership.
Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices.
Develops and implements strategic objectives that are aligned with the Company\'s strategic initiatives.
Ensure the business complies with Health, Safety & Quality regulations and policies and where possible exceed industry standards.
Ensure that Managers are delivering service activities and service projects on time and within budget and that they are meeting milestones and objectives.
Ensure resources are effectively planned regarding quality and availability and are aligned to the company objectives.
Actively contributes to the LPT business plan & strategy, taking ownership and driving growth
Set and monitor KPIs for performance management
Plays a key role in the company management team, contributes to the company strategy, vision & values and ensures compliance
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree level in engineering and/or business management or equivalent
Solid understanding of the Service Business, small Projects life cycle and a strong understanding of delivering upgrade projects into critical environments
Proven track record of winning & delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
The ability to create and sell ROI cases is a must
