Job description / RoleOur client a UAE Public Organization based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer for 6 months extendable contract. . The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for onsite service and support needs for our customers. . This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.RequirementsRequirements: . Must be available immediately to start. . Experience to configure the network . Building new laptops . L2 support . Change management processes . Working in a large corporate company . Must have very good client facing skills, confident, strong communication skills . Service Desk experience and Service Now . Either based in AD or willing to relocate there . Bachelor's Degree must be in IT field. .
