The Role
Our client a UAE Public Organization based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer for 6 months extendable contract. o The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for onsite service and support needs for our customers. o This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
Requirements
Requirements: o Must be available immediately to start. o Experience to configure the network o Building new laptops o L2 support o Change management processes o Working in a large corporate company o Must have very good client facing skills, confident, strong communication skills o Service Desk experience and Service Now o Either based in AD or willing to relocate there o Bachelor's Degree must be in IT field. o SD and ITSM team experience
