The Service Delivery Officer ensures the efficient and effective delivery of waste management services, focusing on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. This role acts as a key contact for clients, internal teams, and contractors, overseeing service processes and resolving operational issues. Job Responsibilities

Dispatch routes at the start of each shift according to schedules planned by the job planner and resource scheduler. Coordinate and complete all deliveries in the system and update CS/KAMs accordingly. Review daily job completion status and share plans for the next shift during handover. Monitor fleet live tracking on the telematics platform in use. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Higher Diploma or BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree. Strong organizational and communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across the business. Why Join Tadweer?
