Partner with the best As the Service Delivery Manager (Remotes), you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will manage projects to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Manager (Remotes) - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for: Managing and monitoring global projects in remote locations for our business, to ensure successful completion Leading and motivating a team to formulate and successfully execute strategies to create winning solutions for customers Collaborating cross functionally and with customers to understand the volume and complexity of the activity forecast Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients' objectives Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage Managing the project budget for assigned area, customer change requests, and overall profitability for the business

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors degree or higher in an science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field Have previous experience as a Field Engineer General or higher within Baker Hughes Wireline Services Have 2+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Coordination, Field Service Coordination, or Operations Management role Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams Have the ability to lead projects directly and indirectly
