As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as interacting with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast Ensuring flawless execution by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity, ensuring quality plans are in line with job cycle process Ensuring the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions and future career plans

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams 8+ years experience in Wireline Services
