Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Service Delivery Director to lead the delivery and support of our client's enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role involves leading a team of ServiceNow professionals, working closely with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across service delivery operations.

What You'll Do
? Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services - on time, within scope, and within budget
? Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts
? Act as the main point of contact for clients on ServiceNow service delivery matters
? Build and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing satisfaction and engagement
? Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of ServiceNow implementation projects
? Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
? Monitor service performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs
? Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
? Conduct service reviews, performance reporting, and proactive issue resolution

What We're Looking For
?
Education & Experience
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus)
? Minimum 10+ years in IT service delivery or project management
? At least 7+ years focused on ServiceNow delivery in enterprise environments
?
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
? ITIL Foundation (Required)
? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
? Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.) highly desirable
