Chef / Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

Manage kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, control food costs, and create and execute the menu.

Food Preparation:

Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as instructed by chefs.

Cooking:

Assist chefs and cooks with the preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and standards.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment; clean and sanitize countertops, work stations, and floors; and dispose of trash.

Inventory and Stocking:

Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, storing ingredients properly, checking inventory levels, and restocking supplies.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.

Team Collaboration:

Work with other kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks, to ensure efficient and timely meal service.

Key skills:

Experience in food preparation, knowledge of food safety and handling, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is often helpful, though not always mandatory.

Cashier / Service Crew

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, take food and drink orders, serve food, handle payments, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key skills:

Excellent customer service, menu knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail. Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
