Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized
Service Coordinator / Executive
(Waste Water Treatment) to manage service coordination activities, technician scheduling, and manpower planning. The ideal candidate will support smooth service operations across equipment, chemicals, and service-related functions.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service activities related to
Equipment, Chemicals, FS, and CDW
Manage and coordinateservice technicians
for daily operations Plan, schedule, and allocatemanpower
as per service requirements Monitor job schedules and ensure timely service delivery Act as a communication bridge between technicians, operations, and management Maintain service records, schedules, and coordination reports Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resourcesRequirements
Education:
Graduate (any discipline)Experience:
Minimum1 year
in service coordination or a similar role Strong organizational and coordination skills Good communication and follow-up abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureDriving License:
