We are looking for an experienced AMC Technical Coordinator to manage after-sales service activities, including AMC, O&M, retrofits, and service jobs. The role involves coordinating technicians, maintaining documentation, handling client communication, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule AMC and maintenance activities. Coordinate with technicians and track job status. Handle client queries and service-related communication. Maintain service records, reports, and compliance logs. Manage spare parts availability with the procurement team. Support contract renewals and generate service quotations. Ensure safety compliance and service quality.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in AMC/O&M coordination. Industry experience in water treatment or mechanical systems preferred. Strong communication, planning, and documentation skills.
