We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Service Coordinator Intern

to join our

Sales Team

at

Emtech Computer Co L.L.C.

, a fast-growing IT Solutions provider. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in service coordination, client communication, and sales operations. Successful interns may be offered a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales process from lead generation to final delivery. Prepare quotes, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations in collaboration with the sales and technical teams. Manage the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales pipeline tracking. Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups. Serve as a liaison between customers, sales team, and IT/engineering teams to clarify solution requirements. Track and report sales KPIs, forecasting, and customer feedback. Ensure contracts, SLAs, and documentation are accurate and delivered on time. Support marketing campaigns and product launches with relevant sales materials and coordination. Stay updated on IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively support the sales process.
