ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a Service Sales Coordinator in our Industrial Door Solutions business area.
Role summary:
This is an opportunity for a professional, engaged and open minded individual to join a dedicated team offering a complete range of door & automation services to our customers.
It is a target-oriented job which needs commitment, capability to understand the different customer segments with timely deliverables both in figures and work output.
Position: Service Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales)
Duties:
Order booking of minimum of AED 250K per month, involving quotations, follow ups, ability to read and understand the reports, negotiation and a strong \'go getter attitude\' to achieve the target whatsoever
Prepare quotations from reports generated after preventative maintenance.
Submit quotations timely to customers and follow up regularly for quote to order conversions
MSRA - Preparation of method of statements, risk assessments, work permits, gate passes
Required to handle technicians as a daily routine to get the right output and bill accordingly, expected to handle 5-6 technicians in the absence of other coordinators
Fill up overtime sheets for technicians weekly and monthly basis.
Receipt and recording of service calls
Informing and confirming to customers about response times of technicians and financial implications
Planning and designating technicians for execution of repairs, IUG (Installation under Guarantee), SUG (Service under Guarantee) works
Providing information to accounts team for invoicing on daily basis.
Receiving customers and/or organizing visits to sites for service business enhancement purpose
Timely intimating technical team/manager to solve pending issues if any.
Assigning the work related to site surveys or measurements to service sales/technical team/manager
Other duties within the program of AAES will be delegated to you as and when required.
Internal reporting
Reliable monthly forecast for order intake of repairs every week of the month
Spare orders, Faults of technicians, Ordering mistakes
Background and personal qualities:
Education in physics/electrical/mechanical/electronics is preferred
Responsible, reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Target orientated and you show initiative to problem solving
Eager to learn and develop new skills both technical and sales related
Able to work on your own, managing your time and workload accordingly
Develop good working relationships with other co-workers and customers
Ability to work under extensive pressure and deliver efficient results on time
Good communication skills, Listening, Priority setting
Others:
Experience: at least 2 years in similar roles
Education: technical degree or high school diploma
Languages: English, Hindi, Arabic (advantage)
