– Preparation and dispatch to clients of installation and operating guidelines. – Maintain management system records for coordination of sales of service maintenance contracts. – Taking client payments as and when required. – Liaise with production/warehouse staff regarding preparation of products prior to installation on site. – Support and building trust with customers, employees, contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding the scope of the on-site activities. – Processing customer requests via phone calls, orders etc. and can prepare simple quotations. – Provides basic technical / administrative support regarding service issues.
Job Requirements:
– 2 – 4 years of experience working as a sales coordinator. – Knowledge of engineering and MEP Products. – Diploma / B‐TECH / B.E – Mechanical. – Highly motivated, self‐starter, highly disciplined, clear thinker. – Should be a multitasker and systematic person. – Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. – Stability: has worked for longer period in a company. – Male candidates preferred for the role. – Language preference: English and Hindi / Malayalam.
