Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers/drivers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.
