Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Provide information about services, products, and company policies.
Log customer interactions and update service records accurately.
Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Assist in maintaining smooth operations of the service center.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely customer support.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar service center or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
