Job Summary: Looking for a Service Center Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
The jobholder will be required to handle daily customer orders, communicate with the repair team in house and also source spare parts for the assigned work
Provide efficient and effective services to all clients
Make sure all clients visiting the company are attended to promptly
File and retrieve documents
Handle any enquiries that may arise as per the set guidelines
Properly manage the schedule of the work team
Reach out to customers after service to ensure their satisfaction
Search for new clients and focus on them to obtain businesses, create long as well as strong relationships with them
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or any related course
Practical experience in appliances repair service center is highly required
Good customer service skills
Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
Strong management and leadership skills required
Must be enthusiastic, passionate and a determined person
Should be well spoken and a highly organized
Must be very good with customers
