Job Summary: Looking for a Service Center Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • The jobholder will be required to handle daily customer orders, communicate with the repair team in house and also source spare parts for the assigned work
  • Provide efficient and effective services to all clients
  • Make sure all clients visiting the company are attended to promptly
  • File and retrieve documents
  • Handle any enquiries that may arise as per the set guidelines
  • Properly manage the schedule of the work team
  • Reach out to customers after service to ensure their satisfaction
  • Search for new clients and focus on them to obtain businesses, create long as well as strong relationships with them
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or any related course
  • Practical experience in appliances repair service center is highly required
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Strong management and leadership skills required
  • Must be enthusiastic, passionate and a determined person
  • Should be well spoken and a highly organized
  • Must be very good with customers
