Job Description
:
The Service Advisor will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between clients and the workshop team. The main duties include:
Receiving customer inquiries and repair orders. Preparing and reporting repair requests. Obtaining repair approvals from clients. Recording repair progress and maintaining accurate documentation. Closing job orders daily. Reporting carryovers and pending jobs. Tracking and updating the status of each vehicle under repair. Understanding technical issues to provide appropriate solutions and guidance. Preparing and submitting daily reports for all assigned vehicles and clients.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems. Excellent organizational and reporting abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
