We are hiring Service Associates (outdoor Waiters/Waitresses) for our food truck branches in Abu Dhabi
Role Overview:
As a Service Associate at Dots Cafe, you'll be the face of our customer service, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate customers on our menu and make recommendations. Upsell special items and take orders efficiently. Handle customer complaints and suggestions. Maintain cleanliness and service areas. Ensure all stations are stocked with necessary items. Report safety hazards and equipment issues. Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role. Strong customer service skills and good communication skills. Ability to work various shifts. Immediate joiner is a plus
