Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify customers needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment's and services Promote and sell after-sales service maintenance packages and other support services effectively Identify and understand current and future customer service requirements Ensure preparation and creation of technical and sales offers at market rates aligned with company's sales policy Liaise with logistics and production teams regarding products assembly, modification, delivery and commissioning Provide technical assistance or application training to customers on products and their performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's /Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Work experience in similar profile is an added advantage. Technical knowledge related to the Lab equipment's (Research and Academic) Advanced product and application knowledge Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer expectation and achieve daily commitments Willing to travel as and when required Trouble shooting Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Master's degree (Preferred) Available Immediately
