Respond in a courteous and professional manner to reservation calls and texts and customer inquiries.
Receive customers who visit the premises with a cordial and friendly treatment.
Process and manage reservations in the system effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate with restaurant hosts and managers to ensure table availability and assignment, and ensure that guests receive the best possible experience.
Ensure that special requests and dietary needs of clients are met.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively, seeking to resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent Verbal and Written English
