Job Description
:
- Respond in a courteous and professional manner to reservation calls and texts and customer inquiries.
- Receive customers who visit the premises with a cordial and friendly treatment.
- Process and manage reservations in the system effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with restaurant hosts and managers to ensure table availability and assignment, and ensure that guests receive the best possible experience.
- Ensure that special requests and dietary needs of clients are met.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively, seeking to resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent Verbal and Written English
