and looking for a
customer-focused, professional, and energetic Service Advisor
to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium service experience.
Accurately record customer concerns, prepare service requests, and coordinate with workshop teams.
Provide clear cost estimates, service updates, and timely follow-ups.
Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of services, orders, and transactions.
Requirements
Male candidate with a strong personality and professional appearance.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication in
English & Arabic (mandatory)
.
Previous experience as a
Service Advisor in the automotive industry
is preferred.
