We, at E.K. Kanoo, are looking for a Service Advisor for our multi brand service center. The ideal candidate would have excellent English communication in both written and verbal English. Arabic would be an advantage. The selected candidate should be an energetic, effective team player and good in customer service & engagement, has good administrative skills and is target driven. Having the technical background in commercial vehicles as well as computer skills are instrumental to perform this role efficiently and effectively. You will have completed your Diploma in Automotive or equivalent to be selected for this role. The selected candidate for this role will be responsible for receiving customers and understanding their needs, maintaining the checkpoints while receiving the vehicle, achieving monthly sales targets in a timely and efficient manner, communicating and identifying client requirements and recording any vehicle issues. The candidate will be required promoting, upselling and cross selling products and services to clients, maintaining customer service excellence to ensure repeat business. This role also requires providing all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis. The selected candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar role with any automotive company.
