Handle escalations and maintain service quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
as a
Service Advisor
in the
automotive industry
.
Proven experience in team supervision or leadership role is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Technical knowledge of automotive services and operations.
UAE Driving License preferred.
