2-5 Years (Automotive service experience preferred)
Qualification:
High School / Diploma / Graduate (Automotive or Mechanical background is a plus)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Fujairah. The candidate will be the main point of contact for customers, managing service inquiries, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with vehicle service inquiries
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Liaise between customers and workshop/technicians for service requirements
Prepare service estimates, invoices, and follow-up documentation
Monitor vehicle repair progress and update customers accordingly
Maintain records of customer interactions, service history, and feedback
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote service packages
