Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Estimator to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will handle prepare accurate repair estimates, and coordinate for purchasing the spare parts and delivering on time.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and explain repair estimates and job timelines.
Coordinate with technicians and parts department.
Monitor service progress and update customers.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
1-2 years' experience as Service Advisor or Estimator in an automotive workshop.
Good communication and technical knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office or workshop management software.
Skills: Customer service, estimation, coordination, problem-solving.
