As a Service Advisor / Estimator, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team. You'll ensure every restoration journey is clearly documented, accurately costed, and communicated. This role combines technical understanding with customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide clients through the restoration and service process
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, restorations, and maintenance
- Document workflows, parts, and labor with precision
- Liaise with suppliers for period-correct materials and components
- Maintain clear communication between clients and technicians
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Estimator
- Strong technical knowledge of classic and modern vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare detailed cost breakdowns and documentation
- Passion for automotive heritage and restoration culture
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
