Job Details :

5-6 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automotive dealership.
High school diploma (required); degree/certification in automotive technology or business (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to upsell services in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and basic office software.
Female candidates who can speak Arabic are preferred.
