What you will do?
1. Ticket Management & First Response
Monitor inbound customer tickets/emails related to service concerns, complaints, or queries.
Send a professional first response to the customer within the required time frame acknowledging receipt of the concern.
Log and categorize each ticket accurately in the system for tracking and reporting.
2. Coordination With Service Advisors & Internal Teams
Communicate the customer issue promptly to the concerned service advisor or department.
Follow up regularly with service advisors/technical teams to gather updates, findings, and proposed solutions.
Ensure all internal teams are aligned on the required actions to resolve the concern.

3. Issue Resolution & Closure
Compile updates from service advisors and provide the customer with a clear, polite, and solution-oriented response.
Ensure the concern is resolved within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in customer service, service coordination, or ticket management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or service management software.
