We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced automotive service Advisor of at least 4 years in the same field within the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive service operations and superior customer service professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their automotive service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Accurately assess customer concerns and provide detailed explanations of required repairs or maintenance.
Create and manage service orders, ensuring all work is performed according to company standards and customer expectations.
Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose issues and provide clear instructions for repairs.
Offer customers service recommendations based on their vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Process transactions, including service orders and payments, efficiently and accurately.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vehicle technologies, and service procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service department goals and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an automotive service adviser in UAE.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
