Overview of the role: As a Service Advisor in our Material Handling Equipment division, you will be the key contact between our customers and the service team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless aftersales journey by managing service consultations, updating customers on repair progress, and delivering a high-quality customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. What you will do:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
Consult with customers to understand service needs and ensure the job is done right the first time
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure on-time delivery and regular progress updates
Provide detailed explanations of completed work and cost breakdowns at delivery
Upsell recommended services and control discounting to meet monthly revenue targets
Resolve customer complaints to satisfactory closure while protecting brand reputation
Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and distributor guidelines
Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and data entry
