Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Qualifications and Skills :

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a focus on premium car brands.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of premium car models, features, maintenance requirements, and service procedures.
Fluent in Hindi preferred, to effectively communicate with customers who prefer this language.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests and service appointments.
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates, invoices, and other service-related documentation.
Proficient in using automotive service software, databases, and tools for service scheduling, parts ordering, and warranty claim processing.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with service technicians, parts department, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and make service recommendations.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer demands.
