Key Accountabilities
  • Preparing & submitting quotations to customers and follow up of approval & payments.
  • Job card opening and closing.
  • Responsibility of posting hours and run all reports required by service department or finance department.
  • Maintain and filling for all document related to service department.
  • Sound knowledge required in the area of admin activities
  • Provide daily workflow reporting and actionable items to team.
  • Coordinate between departments for service related issues.
