Role Description
As the Lead Service Administrator, you will not only perform the day-to-day functions of a Service Administrator but also lead and manage a team of offshore Service Administrators who support our Australian business. You will act as the key point of contact for your team, ensuring smooth operations, consistent delivery of high-quality administrative support, and compliance with internal standards and client expectations.
In your dual role, you will support Australian-based Service Consultants by overseeing all onboarding and offboarding administration for Australia Contractors. This includes preparing employment contracts, booking pre-employment medicals and police checks, arranging travel, and ensuring timely processing of contract extensions and rate changes. Simultaneously, you will manage your team's performance, delegate tasks effectively, and drive continuous improvement in workflows and service delivery.
