Job Description
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and deliver an exceptional dining experience Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS Serve dishes and drinks with attention to presentation and timing Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas Make menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements
Previous serving experience preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong customer-service mindset Food safety knowledge is a must
