We are looking for an energetic and dependable

Server Assistant

to join our team. As a Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks to their tables promptly.

- Ensure orders are accurate and complete before serving to customers.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu to assist customers with their questions.

- Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new guests.

- Follow food safety guidelines and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

:

- Must be familiar with the menu and able to communicate it clearly to customers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

- Food Safety Certificate required.

Experience Level

:

- 1+ year of experience in food & beverage (F&B) service.
